My wife ordered NIKE men Black RENEW RIVAL * shoes for me # ORDER ID- *********************
Price was -**** Rupees
Item was delivered to me, when I opened the parcel, I found that I was cheated, the delivered shoes were not matching to the ordered one. They were duplicate/ local.
I contacted the costumer care and they refused to return or refund it stating that thay enquired and found that they sent me a ***% original product after quality check.
Now what should I do?
Myntra is not ready to accept that they are cheating the customers and delivering foul products.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
