Magicpin - duplicate coupon used coupon sold to me by magicpin

i have bought a cult fit coupon on *th may worth **** rs for **** rs on magic pin at *:**pm when i tried to redeem the coupon on *:**pm in cult fit app the app prompted coupon had been used already, i immediately contacted magicpin support regarding my issue, they took * days to comeback with a response saying the coupon is redeemed and they cant help anymore i have to contact partner portal , i contacted cult fit and the coupon aggregator pinelabs via twitter , cult fit responded regarding this issue , i gave them the coupon details and cult fit reached out to me saying the coupon was already redeemed on *th February by another user, i contacted pinelabs during this time and gave them the details after a week of contacting pinelabs support and providing them with information i got a response saying that i have to contact magicpin with my issue , and when i contacted magicpin my issue is unwillingly closed by their agents without resolution
