Ramlah Merchant filed complaint against Vodafone on Dec 27, 2022
I travelled to France from **th-**th Dec and intended to activate three **-hour international roaming packs for *** each. I chatted with an agent on the morning of the **th to activate the packs, as despite my activating it from the app, it did not seem to work. The agent activated it and assure me it was done. On the **th, I received a message saying it had expired, so I activated it again on the **th. Now I am being charged **** for the **th ( *** twice because, apparently, I deactivated and then activated the plan on the **th); hence there was a double charge. I demand a refund of ***, as I did not deactivate the plan. I activated it for the **th because I received an expiry message. I used it for one day on the **th, so charging me twice is unethical. I demand Vodafone waives off the extra *** in my bill.
