Awstro - Duplicate and defective Product delivered

I purchased JBL speakers from E-commerce site: awstro.in , Order Number :NPTLLDUPJ They delivered me a defective and duplicate product and not answering my issue. Problems : - The product is duplicate, there was no such mention in Product details. - The product was defective, they are not considering the return of the product. - No GSTN on the bill, so bill looks fake. - No reply on mail. - Picked up fone after ** days of daily calling but no response from them regarding the return of the product.
