Flipkart. com - Due to technical issues my order has not been proceeded amount taken back

Placed my order using my gift card & the remaining amount has been debited from bank to fullfill the order. But my order was not placed & because of the technical issue my gift card is also expired.
But I payed before the expiry time & they accept that I payed but they refused to provide me the item because the gift card is expired
Is it the customers fault or what??
In the name of Gift card they are looting the money
Because of this I lost my gift card of rs ***.
Value of the order is **** | **** paid by me & *** used my gift card.
Now you can clearly understand whose fault is this
They should process the order
