Partha Sarathi - Due to cancellation of flight by airline full amount not refunded

I have done my flight booking through Ease My Trip and my booking id: EMT********, the airlines (Go Air) has cancelled the flight. At the time of booking Rs *,***/- has been debited from my account and Ease My Trip has refunded Rs *,***/- i.e. Rs ***/- less. When I have contacted Ease My Trip for the differential amount, they are saying that it is convenience fee which is not refundable. My question is that why the customer will suffer if the airlines cancel the flight and why these agencies has deducted the amount for that. Request you to pls intervene in this case and arrange for the full ***% refund with interest.
