Independent Tv - Dth done fraud

I purchased a package for Rs. ****+*** free all paid and HD channels for *st one year. Thereafter all free channels up to * yrs. I did the installation in Dec'** but they started reducing all paid channels now many free channels coming as of now. Reported issue to the company several times even complain raised to consumer forum but no action taken against the Independent TV. Reliance dares to fraud to consumers since Consumer forum and TRAI supporting Reliance Big TV. This is not good for India and public interest. Hope for immediate action against fraud done with customers.
