A parcel was done to me on **.**.** (** days ago) from Jaipur to Rohtak on my home address is given below via plus service. It is not delivered to me yet. I have done a dozen of mail about not delivery of my parcel no V******** to Dtdc courier customer support but so far the company didn't give me an answer. While the talking on phone company is saying that Rohtak branch manager will see your complaint you go to him, but the Rohtak branch manager is saying I can't do anything in your parcel it has been missing vigilance will see you case you talk to head branch. Kindly note that parcel was done ** days ago vis plus service but dtdc all person is not taking it seriously. They are saying go to the police and court. They will give your parcel. You are humbly requested kindly look into the matter and solved the issue as early as possible and take suitable action against dtdc courier company.
