Drivezy - Drivezy Cancels booking without informing and does not process the refund

I have booked a bike for ** days via Drivezy at ****/- rupees. However on the day of trip start, they cancelled my booking without any prior notifications or communication. I got to know it was cancelled only once when I reached there. But due to unavoidable reasons I had to book a bike again hoping there won't be any issues next time. But again my booking got cancelled in a similar manner. Now effectively in total I have lost ****/- rupees.
They claim to process my refund within just * days. It's been more than a month and still they have not processed my refund amount. There is no proper customer care number where I can talk to them. I have even tried to contact them via email and there is no response from their side. I feel cheated by this scam company Drivezy.
