Hans Travels - Drivers rude language and behaviour with me

Sir I want to go washroom and I said driver Mr Prem that plz stop ur bus * min , he rudely told me that u have to wait *:** am then I told that I have urgent plz help me.. then after ** min time *:** am he stop bus in public location to take kolhapur passenger and said me that u can go to washroom there at that public location, I refused for that then his talking tone was rude and once he told that u have to wait up to *:** am....sir is this proper way to talk to ur customers
