Hans Travels - Delay purposely to reach to destination

I was travelling from Indore to Vapi, driver stop the bus at Surat for more that * hrs and I missed my important meeting at Vapi, one more day stay increased further due to delay made by Hans travels, it is not only the loss of hotel charges but the commitment made to others and their time waste only waiting for me. This is very unprofessional behaviour and there is no phone no where complain can be made against services. I urge all the travellers to avoid travelling by hans travels unless they improve their services
