Arjun Rajpal filed complaint against Swiggy Bundl Technologies Pvt Ltd on Jan 3, 2025
On the night of New Year,the swiggy driver took the otp from me and told that he delivered the food to me *-** mins back.So why didnt he take the otp then.
When I raised the complaint to swiggy they told me to mail to 'email-support@swiggy.in'.They only acknowledged that the team is looking into it and will reply in ** hours but I didnt get any response from them for * days.So I found another email ID 'support@swiggy.in' they told that they thoroughly investigated and since I mailed * hour after the incident they wont provide any refund.So I provided them with the proof that I already mailed to the first ID which customer executive gave. Also when I again talked to customer executive he told that the first email Id i.e 'email-support@swiggy.in' was from and I should instead mail to 'support@swiggy.in'.
I was provided wrong email ID and the support team straight up lied that I didnt raise concern within * hours of the incident. So when I sent them the proof again.They told to provide more details but after that I still havent received any response from them.It's pure mental harrassment now
