Yolo Bus - Driver numbers not given

Bus operator numbers not provided, and bus operator not contacted to passengers, due this we miss the bus at pick-up point, after contacting red bus customer care ,they have provided number but he is not in bus, then after ** min he has provided bus operator numbers and it took ** to ** minutes, after that we book the auto and catched the bus. We suffered lot in late hours, please compensate my expenses
