Zingbus - Driver didn t stop at my location

I had a bus from Chandigarh to sunder Nagar on */sep/** on *:** AM , Ticket number TR*Y********, I Called the bus conductor around * hour before scheduled time , that I will board my bus ,From another location,And he agreed to that after that he again called me ** mins prior to my pick up location, And said sir we will not wait for you , you will have to be there before us , I reached my pick up location on schedule time , The bus crossed in front of me without stopping to pick me up . After that I immediately called conductor that you didn't stop at my pick up location, Then he said we can't stop, If you wish to board the bus you can chase us , He was * km ahead of us, I asked him to wait for just * mins , I will catch you on my vehicle, he denies that and gave sarcastic reply . Very unprofessional behaviour from conductor, I missed my important test due to that fool conductor.
