To the Customer Service Team,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided during my scheduled travel from Bhopal to Ahmedabad on **-**-****
Despite arriving at my boarding point (People Mall) and waiting for over ** minutes, the experience was a series of professional failures:
Significant Delay: The bus was delayed by ** minutes, yet I was only notified of the details an hour before departure.
Lack of Cooperation: When the driver finally contacted me, I requested a single minute to reach the exact spot as I was right behind the bus. The driver refused to wait and stayed in motion.
Poor Communication: The driver provided incorrect location details and eventually stopped answering my calls. When he did answer, he claimed he "did not know the area," which is unacceptable for a professional driver.
Operator Negligence: I contacted your operator for assistance and a live location link. Both requests were ignored, and no accurate information was provided to help me board.
Being left behind due to a lack of basic coordination and helpfulness is completely unacceptable. I request a full explanation of these lapses and a refund for the inconvenience and mental Brooke caused.
I look forward to your prompt response.
