verma travel Bhopal - rude behaviour and fake numbers on customer care

I am Dattatray Shriram Kaple writing this mail for complaint against verma travel agency regarding misleading, rude behavior with passenger. yesterday on the Date of **.**.**** i have booked ticket on Red Bus Online platform for vermatravles nuego bus service by **;** Am pick-up point ISBT and i have reached as per landmark on right time while i got call from verma bus assistant by **;** for the pickup as per landmark i was there but Bus was standing Verma travels office yard and i inform him that i coming them it is hardly *** meters from ISBT mail yard; i was having * Big Bags along with my laptop bag. after reaching on bus point bus was there verma travel assistant intracted with me very rudely and said me bus already left. and time was **;**. i was asking them to help me regarding this i was trying ask them for complaint number but they were resfusing; after forcing for the same they had given me one number i called up and Mr dhawal was on call He also spoke with rudely again and he hanged up my call without any conclusion.
my meeting was scheduled in indore so it was important to reach me on time and i have booked again ticket from red bus online platform instead Deabet with them and left the place for indore after ** km i recall that i forgot my laptop bag verma travel office and got down from bus again i booked cab and went to verma travel office and luckley i got the My Laptop Bag and then i have had to booked the ticket for indore by *;** pm. and i tried connect verma travel customer care number but most of the numbers are not working finally i got one number from verma travel website; call picked up by lady she was also very rude and still i didnt get any conclusion yet.
due to verma travel i have lost money and mental distress. i have had to booked * time tickets for Bhopal To Indore and cab for Rs.***/-also. i want explanation and compensation from verma travel as soon as possible otherwise i will take strict legal action against verma travels.
