Money View - Double time emi paid

My *st emi auto debit date is *th Oct and that is a bank holiday and the auto debit didn't work and Oct *th is my due date and so I paid manually through phone pe on Oct *th inorder to maintain good repayment record and then on Oct *th again auto debited from my account and not resolving my complaint please help me
