Cashbean repayment - Double payment

I paid twice by mistake amount deducted from my account and confirmation message from bank recieves.
I complaint about the same to cashbean but executives are not responding satisfactory answer.
I provide all proof but they tell amount not received by us so provide e statement in which complete account no. Should be mentioned but my bank refusused to provide such statement.
They are not giving satisfactory answer nor provide their e statement
