Love Singla filed complaint against Xiaomi India on Mar 2, 2018
I purchased a Redmi *A Mobile from xiaomi india website on **/**/**** in pre order sale. Order ID is ****************, they charged twice payment of **** + **** for one mobile phone worth rupees ****. Due to some error in their website on that time this will happen. I talk several times to xiaomi against this issue via email and phone also but they will not refund my money of **** rupees. Toady ** days passed no money will credit in my account. Please help me and take a serious action against xiaomi.
