Snapmint Finance Service Pvt Ltd - Double Deduction of EMI Payment by Snapmint and NonResponse to Repeated Grievance Emails
Monu filed complaint against Snapmint Finance Service Pvt Ltd on Oct 6, 2025
On *rd October ****, my scheduled EMI of ₹*,*** with Snapmint Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. could not be auto-deducted in the morning due to insufficient account balance. To avoid default, I manually paid the EMI via UPI the same day, and the amount was successfully debited from my bank account.
However, despite this manual payment, Snapmint again auto-debited the same EMI amount of ₹*,*** in the evening, resulting in double deduction for one EMI cycle.
Immediately after noticing this, I sent multiple emails to Snapmint’s customer support on and after *rd October ****, attaching proof of both transactions. Till date, I have not received any acknowledgment or resolution from their side.
This conduct reflects deficiency in service and unfair business practice, as I have been wrongfully charged twice and ignored despite repeated complaints.
