Pvr Cinema - Double charging on food bill

We went to PVR Vegas Mall, Dwarka New Delhi on **th May'** (*.** pm show - The Kerala Story). The Food bill was of Rs.***. Firstly UPI payment did not work , then I gave the Credit card. few Seconds later payment got debited from UPI and card payment was also done. It was told to us that the payment in UPI will be refunded within ** hrs, but no refund came till today.
