I travelled from Secunderabad railway station to Hyderabad airport on **-**-*** around * am and got drop around *:** am. Post drop off application showed that the bill amount to be paid in cash which I have shared in screenshot too. The driver started to fight for cash and did not listen to anything. As my flight was scheduled I could not stand there for long so I had to pay in cash. Now uber is refusing to cancel the amount from the app and this amount is showing as a balance.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
