i bought hp envy x*** convertible (with serial no *cg****yt*) in the month of march **** for ***** rs. after * months of usage * dots appeared in my screen without any physical damage. i had informed hp customer care about the same problem and was disappointed and surprised to hear the reply they had given me. they told that there is a agreement between laptop companies stating that they wont replace any screen with dots less than *. i strongly believe that this is a manufacturing defect and must be covered under warranty and i got nothing to do with the number of dots as long as it is not mentioned anywhere in the agreement between customer and hp. after repeated negotiation with customer care i didn't got any acceptable feedback. i want justice and at the same time i want to give publicity to such agreements (if any) made by the industrial giants (which they are purposely hiding when you are going to the shop to buy laptop) to cheat their loyal customers so that no one in the future has to face such incident. the most interesting thing is that they are selling this default technology for a whooping price of ***** rs till date (even after one year).
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
