Dominos India - Dominos Secunderabad worst customer care

I had ordered pizzas from dominos Secunderabad.
order no :*** on **-Apr-**** evening.
the order delivered very late and almost took them *:** hours to deliver. and the pizzas are cold! I raised a concern for the same and made repeated calls (store number is temporarily out of service) then i called tollfree customer care several times and they promised me a callback from store but they never cared to call me again...!

Inspite of all these they send message the "order delivered lighting fast." which is most irritating!
