Sankar Biswas filed complaint against Domino S India on May 7, 2021
On **th April, **** when I visited Dominos restaurant in Uttarpara, Hooghly, WB. I have noticed no one of their employees are following any covid protocols - from no masking to no cleaning/sanitization. So I have lodged a complaint with them which they have ignored. They are spreading Covid and Their reluctance towards making sure a safe environment is dangerous for india given current covide scrnario.
*) There were no measurements of body temperature of the customers entering the restaurant
*) No sanitizer were given to any customer for washing their hands before entering the restaurant
*) The cash counter person was not wearing the mask correctly, the nose was out open
*) No cleaning and sanitization of the seats before and after the customer is leaving
*) Customers were forced to purchase bottled water, no free water is served, even when they had the paper cups and the regular water
*) My complaint was not handled properly and not taken seriously, * different people/employees from the Uttarpara restaurant have called for resolving the issue, but not sure about the store manager. Someone told me he would offer *** rs free food of I go to that restaurant again which is ** kms away from where I live which proves how seriously they have taken the matter in hand.
