Mrudul Pansare filed complaint against Domino S India on Jun 16, 2020
Hello,
I had placed an order on *th March **** with Domino's Pizza, Chiplunkar Road Outlet, Dombivali East. It was delayed and I received it after ** minutes to which I was provided with a refund of *** p[oints to my Domino's wallet with the validity up to **th August **** as per attached in the image. But, when I tried to place another order * days ago with Dominos I found that my points have vanished from my Domino's wallet. To which I raised complaints on Twitter, Facebook and with direct Dominos customer care team too but I didn't receive any response. I received a call from one of their representative around * days ago after multiple complaints to which he asked me to share the image showing the validity of the credited points. I shared the same and tried to follow with them but are again unresponsive. I am attaching photos with this showing that the points credited to me validity up to **th August **** and now they have vanished. I haven't placed any successful order (the order placed on **th March **** was cancelled and hence no points were used) with Domino's since the points were credited to me. Kindly please look into this and help me out with the same.
