I had brought a JBL C***SI WIRED HEADSET as on **.**.****. product failure **.**.**** i had complaint against that by email to support@harman.com. they suggest me to shipped the product to their service centre Gurgaon Haryana and did so courier the product and spend RS ***/-. Company replaced the product with new one **.**.****. and i had found same problem in new product also. So again i make complaint and company suggest me to resend the product once again again i did so and *nd time shipped the product and spend rs ***/- for courier charge and company replaced the product once again as on **.**.***. But i found same problem again in new product. Hence i do email to company for clarification but they did not reply against the email. Even i had call around with customer care they deny to given me the higher authority number but ensure me that some one call to my number regarding issue but no one call me. They suggest me to shipped the product one more time with out confirmation for future service.
Company loss my time as well as money.
Please help me in this cases.
