PSG Hospitals - Doctors availablity is critical in PSG

Hi, This is Logesh, We are taking gynaecology treatment for my mother and we are having a below concern about the doctor's availabllity.
*) Doctors only available on two or three days per week and only on weekdays. (Both Consultant and Senior Consultants)

*) When the Senior consultants doctors are on leave there is no backup doctor to take up the case. We have to wait until the doctor returns from their vacations.

*) And for taking scans/tests also getting the appointments are not the easier tasks. They will provide the appointment for minimum one week from the day of the visit.

I Just wonder am taking treatment on government hospital or private hospital??

We are going to the private hospitals for quick response and will get the treatment with high priorities for whatever we pay. But I dont think PSG is upto that mark , They didn't even arrange backup doctor in order to take up the case and relying on only one doctor for whole gynaecology department. And I am not sure is this only happens for this department or in every department in the hospital??

So request to PSG, kindly increase the doctor's availablity for gynaecology department and also kindly make neccasary arrangements to get treatments on weekends too, Because this is a hospital right not any IT sector and people get suffers on weekends too.
