My father was admitted in psg hospital on */*/** hoping good medical treatment and service from a reputed institution. But the service, administration and billing is extremely bad and worst I have ever seen. Father was admitted in general ward for a week and after surgery shifted to semi private ward for * days . But hospital charging as per semi private ward for entire hospitalization ( including investigations, doctor fee, other charges from day * ) - when asked about explanation, no one is ready to answer or even respond . Worst billing section and customer relation manager . Being already exhausted physically, psychologically, financially with the hospitalization, we tried our best for an explanation and illogical charges , but no response from administration persons or customer relation manager or billing manager. extremely dissatisfied with worst hospital and decided to meet in the consumer court .
