Zest Money - DMI FINANCE AND ZEST MONEY NOT RESPONDING

I want to contact zest money and Dmi finance since last * month but we are not getting any contact, we are doing mail work but we are not getting any positive reply from there.My loan ID is DMI********** no details are with us and this loan is showing off in my CIBIL I also contacted Zest Money but there is no information about this loan I want total information of this loan account and urgently need account statement and NOC And if I have any pending payment please send me the details I saw in PAYTM it was showing **** due so I have paid ** days back But I checked in PAYTM yesterday and it shows dua again, so I paid ****.** yesterday.
I don't know why this is happening, this finance company works like this, is service as a customer is bad.
I am very annoyed by this, no support from finance company, no contact with zest money and Dmi customer care.
I am not login in portal my number is not registered on portal.I don't know how to contact , I don't know how is work.Give me the complete data of this. Please help me . My home loan is approved but this problem is my cibil so bank is not giving a loan
