I wanted to complain about the repair ID: IN**-***R*********.
I used the watch for *-* months and found a lot of touch screen issues on the watches. I had visited Pune Maharashtra India Service station to repair the watch during the warranty period (Attachment for the reference)
They provided me with the above order ID, and after several follow ups. There is no process for replacement of the watch.
This is unacceptable as it's been * months, I submitted a watch in Dec **** and it's May **** now. This is not a good service at all.
Please find the attached Order ID page and warranty card.
Please fix this as soon as possible within a week's time and need a new watch.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
