Dizo Watch r talk - DIzo not giving service warranty

I purchased dizo watch r talk from Flipkart in *st week of march and I was using it with utmost care and love it didn't fall, hit, or didn't even got contact with water. Suddenly on the second week of April, the screen turned to red color and it is working but the screen is full of red color I approached Alappuzha and Ernakulam service centers they both refused to take my item saying they are stopping Dizo service as dizo did not provide a replacement. I contacted their customer care and they are saying lame excuses like contacting another service center, they are facing technical issues, etc. this product has been used barely a month and it got complaint.
