Indigo Airline - Diversion and Delay of flight 441 Refund of ticket amount

I had booked an Indigo flight *E-*** from Ranchi(IXR) to Bengaluru(BLR) travelling date **th Nov.****(Saturday) which was scheduled to take off at **:** hrs.. When I reached airport and checked In my baggage, I was informed that flight is delayed and would take off at **:**. After waiting at the Gate No. * of the Ranchi Airport, I was informed again that flight has been diverted to Kolkata and would reach ranchi at **:** hrs. But actually the flight took off at **:** hrs and I reached Bengaluru at *:** AM. The flight was delayed for *:** hrs.
