Ratnakar Bank - Dispute by fake agent and website

Ive received a call from a number ********** mentioning that he is an RBI official. In order to verify that, he mentioned My card number and DOB. And said that he will help me in generating my pin. He said that it is an official call.





He called me on ** and **th of December.



He told me a scheme of loans to wave of my annual fee through Rewards points that will be generating due to loan taken from the bank.



He send me the link of the website and asked me to fill the loan amount. After I filled my amount of **,*** the form shown a screen of "failure". He then told me to retry it with **,***.





He said that **,*** will be sent to your bank account immidiately due to the failure.



I've done that too. After that the call will be disconnected.



Ive called to the Customer Care and told them the the whole issue and requested them to block my card. They have told me that the RBL has not initiated the funds into the merchants account yet.
