Iam using RBL credit card and billing cycle was **th of every month and due date for bill payment was *st of next month. I requested them to change the billing cycle and got a reply that my billing cycle will be changed once I pay the outstanding amount for that month. I even paid Rs.***/- extra besides the outstanding amount and got a reply from their side that my billing cycle will be changed from **th to **th. I made the purchases according to the changed billing cycle. But to my surprise again my bill was generated according to the previous billing cycle. I would have not made the purchases if the billing cycle remained same.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
