BOSCH Home Appliances - Dishwasher Not working

I Purchased bosch dishwasher on *nd march ****,
it's stopped working after *-* months. we hardly used it less than ** times. Raised a service request on **th july-**** to bosch customer care from past * month it's not resolved. technician visited after ** days of service request they don't even know what's wrong with the machine poor product knowledge he told touch sensor is not working and said he''ll re-visit again and no response then I called service center almost *-* times a week then some other person visited and he told not sensor problem, wires are tampered and said we'll visit back again with wires and after *-* calls the same person came again , he told I need to pay for wires I said ok i'll do that, just come and fix it asap. he visited the other day and told some chip issue and then need replacement of that we'll get back again.
Technicians are not clear what's the issue they are giving some or other reason and I have been calling bosch service center from ** days again , they are saying technician's are busy we'll arrange call back and nothing till this.. my issue still not resolved..
