I have purchased Bosch dishwasher SMS ***WG**I ON **TH August ****. Since then I am facing lot of problem with this machine. Most of the time it becomes out of order as evident in my complaints for repairs on **th November ****, **th December ****, *th January ****, *nd February ****, **th March **** due to repetitve technical faults.
The problem arises repeatedly and I have to wait for spare parts to be replaced/repaired by the technician, spoiling my precious time and causing discomfort to me again and again.
Even after multiple visits and attempts the technician is not able to resolve my problem and now they are asking for charges even though my dishwasher machine is under * years warranty provided by the company.
I want the company to replace their faulty product or refund my money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
