I am writing this mail as a final request to discontinue my services for wifi, collect the router and refund my security amount. I have placed multiple requests for concede my connection but haven't got any response for the same.
Each time I get a call. I get a response that the connection will be checked when I have explicitly told them I want to discontinue the service. I have the call recordings as proof of the conversation I had with representatives. Hope you will take the request seriously and do the needful as soon as possible.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
