My name is Saurav Agarwal, and I am a holder of the SBI General’s Arogya Premier insurance policy, bearing the policy number **************** (attached is the policy document).

I have been a loyal customer since ****, diligently renewing my policy annually without fail. Over the years, I have also accumulated a cumulative bonus.

Despite the premium charges of this policy being significantly higher compared to other products available in the market, I, along with many others, chose to invest in it primarily for the unparalleled maternity benefit it offers. This decision was made after careful consideration and in reliance on the policy’s promised benefits.

However, I was recently informed by my insurance agent that SBI General will not be renewing this policy upon its next expiration, and instead, policyholders will be transitioned to a different policy which will be of a double cost.

This news was both surprising and concerning, as no formal communication—be it through phone calls, SMS, emails, or WhatsApp messages—has been received from SBI General Insurance regarding this significant change.

Given the gravity of this situation and the potential impact on my financial planning and health coverage, I am seeking immediate clarification and assistance from the Authority.
