Sbi General Insurance Company Limited - Claim rejected

Dear sir
I ,Arvind Kumar ,taken a car insurance policy from SBI general numbered ******** having coverage for vehicle no. UK** **** on **/**/****. I have been told that this policy will remain be with zero depreciation cover for the car as vehicle registration year is sixth year and you will be entitled to get employees discount for the cover. But policy issued was not having zero depreciation. The advisor has denied from his promise and a product has been missold to me.
On *rd July ****, my car have been met with an accident. Car was damaged from front bumper side and rear side also. Car became uncontrolled when an animal appears suddenly in front of car. Sudden application of brakes has uncontrolled the car and car accelerated in one direction. Car has crossed the road very rapidly and started to run in roadside consists of sand and stones and small pebbles. Sand has decelerated the vehicle and later on vehicle had collided with a mile stone which helped the vehicle to stop. Car collision with mile stone has caused the damage to front bumper. During run over sand and pebbles, car has kicked back the pebbles and stones which caused the damages to rear windshield. Rear windshield has shattered into small pieces. As the vehicle has run over the roadside which was uneven surface and forced the tyres to unbalance over the rims. Three tyres had been deflated and car run over rims for a while in an unbalanced condition which causes the axle bending. I have narrated the whole incident to surveyor and his higher authority also. But I think surveyor was expecting the bribe from my side which I haven't offered. His remarks - kese milega sir, kyo presan ho rhe ho.. was really disgraceful. Without understanding the incidence he has rejected the half of my claimed amount.
I got so many complaints for rejections of this types of policy for the same surveyor. This has heightened the unprofessional approach towards customer. I request you to please arrange to provide me the proposal form of my policy. Secondly, I want you to investigate the claim process done from company end as neither company nor surveyor has given me the explanation of rejections. This shows violation of the duties and responsibilities of surveyor or loss assessor under chapter IV of IRDAI regulations ****. I want to investigate you the surveyor and his way of working as his integrity is quiet doubtful. If customer will not get benefit from products then sustenance will become difficult in service industry. Misselling of policies and Inadvertent rejections of claims should be stopped. I have complained to GRO of sbi general also who was unable to provide me the proposal form of my policy, calculation of claim , reasons of rejections of claim. Hope you have consciousness for my greivance and find the remedy for the same.
