Pepperfry.com - Dinning table bend within 6 months of usage !!

I have purchased Sutlej Five Seater Dining Set in Antique Cherry Finish by @ home on **th Sep **** !! (Order *********) Within * months of usage the product started bending & one of the chair seat also got bend !!!! **th of June **** . i have raised a complaint to Pepper fry , the mail replay i missed & no calls received from pepperfry !
Now when i raised a complaint the warranty got expired .. was the reason pepperfry is telling not to replace the product !!
So i asked them i need carpenter assistance only to get the damage fixed ... so finally a carpenter visited my place & told the product cant be repaired - & Now i got a message from CEO that - you try to rectify the issue with local carpenter assistance !!!
My question to pepperfry is simple - how can a local carpenter fix the issue - if your expert team cant fix !!!
