Bincye - Differnt product sent and money is not returmed in proper manner

I have ordered a saree from bincye for rs **** and i made cash payment for it. When i received the product it was completely different. So i mail them to return the product and refund my money in my bank account. They told me to send the product back to them and the courier charges are borne by me. They told me that they will add the money in my bincye wallet and i can use it to shop something from them. And when they recieve the product they credit only rs **** in banarasstyle wallet. I dont have any account with banarasstyle. I asked them why the less amount is credited and why the money is not credited in bincye wallet. They didnt provide me with any solution.
