Bincye - Delivered entirely different product and no refund

I ordered an item,Bincye delivered an entirely different product.After my account also seems locked and not able to sign in.I contacted them through Facebook messenger.They asked order details.I have given it.But didn't give refund.They replied refund will be given as reward points, which I can't use as my account is locked.Moreover they asked to return the item by self courier.They took money by inappropriate manner and asking again to spend for courier. Order details and the image of order placed and the one received are in the picture attached
