I had purchased coconut hair oil * pcs. from flipkart but was delivered the wrong product with label of my order on packiging. On contacting the company they are refusing to return product , Nor is any option of refund or replacement being given.
Expectation -The consumer wants the amount to be refunded either replacement of product as soon as possible.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
