On **-**-****, we ordered **** grams of Veg-E-Wagon Cashew Whole Super ****
Order id-OD****************** worth of ****/-rupees through Flipkart. By **-**-****, I received my delivery with a different product (Mobile cover). Then I contacted Flipkart customer care. They apologized for the mistake and requested for replacement. On **-**-****, I got replacement delivery. But even in the replacement, I found another product (* gram of saffron) other than my ordered product. I request for justice to me. A month ago also the same mistake repeated when I ordered *** grams of whole cashews.

I have been a plus member of Flipkart services, but even they couldn't resolve the quality of service and issues of delivering the different products.
