On the *th of October, I ordered an item for *** rupees from Meesho app.
The item was delivered on October **th.
When I opened the package, I discovered that it contained a completely different product.
I purchased ** bowls but received a poor two-piece plastic packaging (see attached product photo).
When I tried to return the product, the quality kept failing because there were no ** bowls in the box.
How come there will be ** bowls if I was given a different product?
It's not what I expected from Meesho, and I want my money back. Now they are simply saying that they cannot refund the amount.
