On friday * Nov, I received the delivery of Peter England formal Men Black Solid Two Piece Suit Size: **, but what I received is a completely different Peter england grey * piece casual suit.
I immediately tried to contact customer service but couldnt because the item was not marked as delivered yet and the ivr wont let me connect to anyone, i was however able to create exchange for the item and on the reason for exchange, i selected "completely different item received" and uploaded some images.
now when the delivery person came to exchange the item, he rejected the exchange because the item was not matching, (obviously it wont, it is the very reason i was returning it), i quickly contacted customer support and they said they will investigate, so far I have contacted * times but they just close the ticket saying that it was a secure package and it was inspected at the warehouse.I was able to create a exchange on *, as soon as I received the item I created a exchange saying that it is a wrong item, the exchange was accepted that time but the photos that i had uploaded at that time did not show to the delivery partner and he rejected my exchange

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
