I placed an Online Order to Perperfy vide Order No ********* dated **.**.**** for Window Curtain Linen Sheer * Feet Loop Top Curtain by My Gift Booth (SKU: FU*******-S-PM****) along with other items.
Item was delivered on **.**.**** and it was found that item with inferior quality and different colour has been delivered. Refund request was placed on **.**.**** for the specified reason along with images. Service Interaction number was raised WR-******-**** by Pepperfry on **.**.****.
Ms Vedika Bhosale, Resolutions Team, perperfry has requested me to send the clear images through e-Mail. * images were sent to Ms Vedika at her email ID vedika.b@pepperfry.com.
On **.**.****, Ms Vedika has replied the following:
"Pepperfry is a Marketplace of Furniture and Home Products and we work with thousands of small merchants and artisans across India to get you the largest variety of distinctive, high quality products at the best possible prices.
We offer a * Day Return Policy for products that are Damaged, have Manufacturing Defects, are Delivered Incomplete or are Incorrect i.e. not the product you had ordered. You can click here to know more about our Returns Policy.
I have reviewed the details of your service request and can confirm that the Item delivered to you is as per the Item specifications mentioned and reference images provided on the pepperfry.com Item Details page.
Therefore, I regret to inform you that we are unable to accept a return request for this purchase."
It appears that Pepperfry is developing small merchants accross India and customers have to accept any issues on order placed even if there is damages and delivered with colour which is totally different from the one displayed.
The colour given in display is "Beige" where as we have been delivered "Brown" Colour.
It was advertised that pom pom lace is placed in all over the Curtain. Where is in actual product simple cutton waste pieces are placed here and there.
Hence, I request Voxya to File a Case against Pepperyfry and arragne for refund of My Cost and With A Penalty Amount Of Rs.*****/- For The Mental Agony To Me. Invoice, Product details and inferior quality material with different colour delivered is attached as Pdf File.
