I ordered JBL bluetooth headphones from myntra.but they delivered me duplicate product.
when i contacted to customer care ,they asked me to wait for * days since they want to investigate this incident. after four days they mailed me to inform that my return request has been rejected. then i contacted to customer care and they told me that they can do nothing.
but after spending **** rs what i will do with that duplicate product.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
