FABRUT - Different and cheap quality product received

I received totally a different product from the one which i ordered, which is of very cheap quality too. Despite of putting request for refund on the given email id, there was no reply from them. I tried to contact them through messenger but still no reply from them. its a fraud company and i suggest nobody should buy from them. its all fake.
